LittleBigPlanet: great game with religion and server issues

Isn't it sad how the game's fun is overshadowed by the religous controversy in one song? They had their review copy for some time now, and before that they played the beta extensively. Ironically, one of the first thoughts about the game was how inviting and family friendly it is; this is the game that every console maker dreams about. A religious flap later, and it's postponed and in the headlines.
Developers would created the level-design tools first and then simply went wild creating great things. You'd race, you'd fly, you'd compete, you'd find the hidden secrets, and just when you think you've seen it all, something new will come up. Playing games is fun alone and or with friends. However you'll have to sit through a good amount of rather boring tutorials to learn how to use everything, in a little while you'll be creating objects and goals with everyone else.
